Ingredients

Avocados, Florida, 3 fruit without skin and seeds
    Limes, 3 fruit (2" dia)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 slice, thin/small
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped

Directions

remove pit and ripe avocado "meat" from exterior shell. Immediately cut limes in half and extract the juices directly on top of the avocado. This will prenvent the avocado from going brogn. Chop red onion very small and add to avocado meat. With potato masher, mash everything together. Now chop in very small cubes, your tomato, ensuring that you remove the middle part with the seeds. This will prenvent your quacamole from being too soggy. Add to avocado mix. Add garlic, salt, pepper and finely chopped cilantro and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour, but over night is best. Enjoy!
