Ingredients

Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo
mix together
Add:
Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup
Baking Powder, 2 Tablespoons
Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cup
Splenda, 1/3 cup
Salt, 2 tsp
Stir in:
Blueberries, fresh or frozen, 1.5 cup
Directions
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20-22 minutes
