Introduction

Ingredients

One can of diced tomatoes
One can of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup by Campbells
3 cloves of diced garlic
Half a diced onion
1 can of water
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Cups of Rice (whatever kind you prefer, i use white rice) and 4 cups water
Directions
Put 1tsp vegetable oil to a large frying pan or a skillet and heat on medium
Dice onion and garlic and add to pan
Let onion and garlic soften and brown
Add one can of cream of mushroom soup
Fill the same can with water and add to mixture
Add 2 Tablespoons Flour and use a whisk to mix up ingredients until flour is completely combined
Add can of tomatoes and turn heat down to low
While the mixture is simmering, you can start your rice
Boil 4 cups of water in pot and add in rice when water is at a full boil.
Lower heat and cover, stirring occasionally
Continue simmering the sauce until rice is to your liking
Once rice is done, serve on to plate and top with desired amount of gravy! Salt if necessary!
