Introduction

Ingredients

3 c. bread flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. chopped dried apricot
Directions
Cut two 10-inch circles of waxed paper. Use one to line a 10-inch round cake pan. Reserve the second circle.
Gently mix all ingredients by hand until moistened.
Place dough in lined cake pan and press into an even layer.
Cover dough with second circle.
Freeze until firm, about 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare baking sheet with parchment or cooking spray.
Thaw dough for 5 minutes at room temperature.
Cut dough into 10 wedges and place on backing sheet two inches apart.
Bake until golden, about 30-40 minutes.
