Introduction

A bit like a quiche, but healthier! I would have never thought to use kielbasa in a brunch casserole, but the entire family loved it! I even used REDUCED FAT Turkey Kielbasa, and no one in the family noticed! A bit like a quiche, but healthier! Ingredients

    1 pkg Pillsbury Cresent Rolls
    3.4 pound of Reduced Fat Turkey Kielbasa
    3/4 cup Egg Beaters
    1/4 cup non-fat milk
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup 2% Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Using a 9x13 pan, spread cresent rolls across entire sprayed bottom of dish. Slice sausage into 1/4 inch wide slices and cover crescent rolls -- about 1/2 to 3/4 pound of sausage (calorie count here is for 3/4 #). Mix egg substitute, milk and spices together and pour over sausage. Top with cheese and bake in 425 oven for 20-25 minutes or until completely set and browned on top/edges. Serve with cooked cinnamon apples for complete meal.
