Ingredients

    4 Quarts of water
    2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
    1 Medium Onion chopped
    1 lb Ground Chuck
    12 Medium Mushrooms chopped
    1/8 cup of Barley uncooked
    1-14.5 oz can cut Green Beans
    2 Bay Leaves whole or chopped
    1 tsp Minced Garlic
    1 tsp Meat Tenderizer
    1 lrg Red Potato chopped
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions

Boil the ground chuck in 1 cup of water and drain.
Add the rest of the ingredients to cooking pot with the beef. Bring to a boil and continue for 10 minutes. Lower heat, cover and continue cooking for 45 minutes.

Makes 6 2-cup Servings
