Ingredients

    .5 bunch of broccoli flowerets
    .5 medium unpeeled zucchini cut into slivers
    .5 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 clove garlic chopped
    .5 cup of tomato sauce
    .5 cup water
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of chili powder
    .75 cup of cooked whole wheat spaghetti chopped into smaller pieces



Directions

In a deep fry pan or wok heat olive oil.
Add veggies and garlic, stir fry 3 minutes.
Add water and tomato sauce, continue cooking another minute or two.
Mix cornstarch with a little water before adding
to the pan. Continue cooking until veggies are crisp tender. Add cayenne and chili powder then cooked pasta.

Each serving is about .5 to .75 cup
Serves about 4 to 5
