Ingredients

    3 cups of rice
    3/4 red bell pepper (chopped in small cubes)
    1/2 of a large yellow onion (chopped small)
    (3) 6" to 8" carrots (chopped small)
    4 slices of Schnelders canadian bacon (cut into small pieces)
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tsp black crushed pepper
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tsp oregano

Directions

Place all ingredients in rice maker add water 2 to 1 and cook for 25 min in a microwave rice cooker
