    *Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 14 oz (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Yellow Mustard, 5 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

cook noodles and drain
mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
