I never made ithis with extra lean ground turkey and turkey bacon, but tonight I did and it was GREAT. I left out the relish and onions and added only half the cheese. Instead of a loaf I used a mini muffin tin. I topped each with the rest of the cheese and crisp bacon. Will definitely make again - 7/13/09

    Incredible!
This dish is fantastic! Used onion powder instead of actual onions, Egg Beaters for the egg, turkey bacon, and left out the pickle relish. Figure all of that probably cuts down on the calories some, but it's not a calorie-laden dish to start with. Yet it tastes great! Definitely a dinner staple now! - 8/16/09
