    Good
"Not all recipes on the site have to be completely healthy since moderation is one key to a healthy lifestyle. "
I decided to copy the quote in wrote down by SP, just as a way to remember that it does not depend on how healthy or greasy is a recipe to make it good or bad. It depends on our choices

Frying the chicken in the oil doesn't add all the oil to the total caloric count. I guess a way you could figure out how much of the oil was actually used is to measure what's left over (once it's cooled, of course). Then put only what was actually used into the recipe calculator and recalculate. - 4/7/09

The fat in this recipe is ridiculous. I thought this website provided somewhat healthy recipes. - 4/7/09
