Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    *Sesame Seeds, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Teriyaki Sauce, 25 grams
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 32 oz
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 0.1 tsp

Directions

cube the pork loin into approximately 1-1/2" cubes
marinate with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and 1 T. olive oil
heat pan with 2 T. olive oil and 3 tsp. of minced garlic til just cooked through
add cubed pork, salt and pepper and sesame seeds
cook until heated through (20 to 30 min) turning over at least once to brown all sides
add broccoli to top and cover for about 5 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender
serve over brown rice
