Ingredients

    12oz Tilapia Fillets
    2Tbsp Olive Oil
    3cloves or 1Tbsp Garlic, minced
    Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Heat Olive oil in skillet on medium high, saute garlic about 30 seconds, add tilapia, sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning to taste. Cook 3-4 minutes each side until fish flakes easliy with fork.
