Half pound ground turkey
4 ounces garlic and herb cheese
One package pizza crust mix
One 10 ounce package frozen spinach
Tablespoon of corn starch

Drain thawed spinach and squeeze all excess water out. Add to turkey in skillet
Prepare pizza crust mix and shape onto baking pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grate or mince cheese. Heat chicken broth to simmer and stir in cheese. Use corn starch sparingly to thicken sauce. When cheese is melted and sauce is smooth add to spinach/meat mixture, Combine to coat evenly. Spoon over crust and transfer baking pan to oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges of crust are browning. Top with grated parmesan cheese if desired. Sometimes I mix some diced onion and garlic into the spinach mixture for added flavor.
