Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    2 cups chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup rice'
    4 cups water
    1/2 block (1 tbsp) beef bouillon
    14.5 oz tomato sauce
    28 oz diced tomatoes with oregano, garlic & basil


Directions

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and combine all ingredients in pot. Simmer 1 hour on stove stove or four to six hours on low in slow cooker.
