Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    3 slices Wh-Wheat bread blended into crumbs
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup lowfat milk
    2 tbsp diced onion
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING (not listed above!)
    2 tbsp Ketchup
    2 Tbsp Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

Directions

Mix everything in a bowl. Shape into 12 balls. Cook at 425 for about about 30 minutes. These are good in spaghetti. Or alone with barbeque sauce or ketchup!

2 meatballs = one serving
