Ingredients

# Ronzoni smart taste penne rigate, 3 serving
# McCormick pesto sauce mix, 4 serving
# Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
# Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
# Atlantic Salmon (fish), 8 oz
# Salt, 1 tsp
# Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Start a pot of salted water to boil. Salt and pepper salmon. Sear in a hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Turn salmon only once. Cook through until fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque. Set salmon aside.
When water boils, cook Ronzoni Smart Taste penne according to package directions.
Prepare McCormick Pesto sauce mix according to package directions.
Cut salmon into bite sized pieces. Combine pasta and pesto. Stir to coat evenly. Add salmon pieces and toss to coat (gently).
Serve with shredded parmesan cheese (optional).
