Ingredients

    1 lb carrots
    4 stalks celery
    lg can green beans
    1 lg can crushed tomatoes
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 green pepper

Directions

Cover chopped vegetables with water and cook until just about done. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste. Simmer 2 hours
