    Chorizo, pork and beef, 225 grams
    Onions, raw, 200 grams
    Celery, raw, 125 grams
    Beans, red kidney, 240 grams
    Birds Eye Soya Beans (100g frozen), 100 gram(s)
    Garlic, 6 clove
    Good Oil cold-pressed hemp seed oil, 15 gram(s)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 25 grams
    Very Lazy Chilli, 5 gram(s)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 30 grams
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Tomato juice, without salt added, 8 fl oz


Slice up the Chorizo sausage into quarter to half inch thick slices. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan with a lid. Bring to the boil. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes. Cover with the lid and simmer for 30 minutes to 3 hours in the simmering oven.

Makes four spicy and hearty servings. Great with rustic bread...
