    6 flour tortillas (small size), 1 cup shredded cheese, 6 tbsp fat free sour cream, 1 lb lean ground beef, one packet original mccormick's taco seasoning mix, shredded lettuce,

follow directions on taco seasoning packet to make taco meat. prepare tortilla with desired dressings (lettuce, sour cream, cheese) then add 1/4 cup or so of prepared taco beef. enjoy!
