For those who want a smoothie maybe for on the go or a snack maybe a desert... 3 basic ingredients that you should have in your home if you are "eating well" (a.k.a. dieting). I make mine in a Tupperware shaker (has the oz. on the bottle) that way I can take it to go and not have to worry about spilling it. Plus if you don't drink it all then you have an easy way to measure how much you did drink.
