Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef 93/7 lean
    1 1/8 c. Enchilada Sauce
    2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
    1 3/4 c. Kraft Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Size Tortillas

Directions

In a large skillet brown ground beef. Add all ingredients except for a little cheese for topping. Spray nonstick cooking spray in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spoon about a cup of mixture into a tortilla, roll up and put in dish. Add any remaining mixture to the top of rolled tortillas. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in the oven on 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
