Ingredients

2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
8 tbsp soft margarine
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple (in pineapple juice)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease 2 - 2 1/2 quart glass or casserole dish.
1) In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter and salt with a fork until mixture resembles crumbs. Remove 1/3 cup, mix in cinnamon and set aside for topping
2) Stir baking powder into remaining crumb mixture. stir togerther eggs with pineapple and its juice. Mix into crum mixture with baking powder.
3) turn mixture into greased dish, top with crumb mixture and bake @ 350F for 40-45 mins until center is set but not dry.
