Ingredients

1lb Ground Beef (or turkey)
1/2Tbsp Chili Powder (optional)
1/2 medium onion, chopped finely
1/2 Can Medium Tomato Sauce
1/2 can Cream of Chicken Soup 98% fat free
1/3C skim milk
1 cups reduced fat shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray
In a skillet, brown the beef with the chopped onion and garlic powder.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Allow mixture to heat through.
In separate bowl, mix milk and cream of chicken soup together
Line bottom of an 8x8 baking dish with tortillas (should only need two tortillas each layer)
Pour in Meat mixture over tortillas then top with two more tortillas
Spread the soup over the top layer of tortillas, then spread cheese evenly on top of the soup.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
Top with fat free sour cream if you want (but don't forget to add the extra calories!)
