Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3- Chicken Breasts (bone and skin removed)
    2- cups Chicken Broth
    1- 680 ml can of Tomato Sauce
    1- 540 ml can of Black Beans
    1- 796 ml can of Diced Tomatoes
    3- Cups Red Kidney Beans
    1- package of Chili Seasoning Mix

Directions

Cook Chicken Breast with Chicken Broth in Slow Cooker on high for 3 hours. Shred Chicken and set aside.

In a large pot add Tomato Sauce, Black beans (un-drained), diced tomatoes, kidney beans (if canned rinse and drain) and seasoning mix. Stir and add Chicken.

Cook on Low until simmering about 15 minutes and enjoy!

Makes 10 1-cup servings.

    You really should break this down by how many oz or can size. The ml's are to confusing and are not always the discription on the cans. - 4/26/09

    In Canada most of our cans are measured in mL and dont always list the ounces. If you click "Ingredient Details" I did list the can sizes in more detail and some include the actual ounce of the cans that listed them and I also included the measurements is cups as well. Hope this helps.

    I would like to clarify that when adding the red kidney beans they should be cooked and if using them from a can make sure to rinse and drain them before adding them to the recipe. I hope you enjoy!
