Ingredients

    Mushrooms Pieces and Stems, 1 small can
    Frozen Oriental stir fry, 8 oz. (1/2 bag)
    La Choy snow peas, 1 serving (1/2 package)
    Oyster Mushrooms, Canned, 1 cup (1/2 can)
    Frozen MIxed Vegetables, 1/3 cup
    Water Chestnuts, sliced, 1/2 cup
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp
    Chicken Bullion Granules, 1 Tbsp
    Ground Ginger, 1/2 tsp
    Red Pepper Flakes, 1/2 tsp
    Fennel Seed, 1/2 tsp
    Ground Coriander, 1 tsp
    Cornstarch, 1 Tbsp
    Water, 1 cup (or juice from mushrooms and water chestnuts)
    Cooked Shrimp, 6 oz (thawed)

Directions

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium burner. Add all the vegetables and the garlic and stir fry them for about five minutes. Stir in all the spices along with a half cup of water and bring to a simmer. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining water and stir it into the pan. Continue stirring until the sauce reaches the desired thickness and turn off the heat. Stir in the shrimp and serve over rice (rice not included in nutrition calculations).

Makes 4 x 1 cup servings.
