Ingredients

2 small heads Romaine Lettuce, chopped
    1 cup shredded parmesean

    Dressing:
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tsp. dijon mustard
    1/2 lemon, squeezed
    1 tbsp. white vinegar
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Croutons:
1/2 french baguette, cut into cubes
    3/4 stick butter
    3 tbsp. garlic powder

Directions

Chop romaine lettuce and place in large bowl.

Mix together salad dressing ingredients with a whisk.

Toss romaine with dressing and parmesean cheese.

Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. When melted, add garlic powder to the butter, and then toss the bread pieces in the butter mixture until butter is evenly distributed among the bread. Keep tossing until the bread is warm and becoming only slightly browned. The croutons will still be soft.

Toss the croutons with the salad and serve.
