Ingredients

    1 (15.5-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
    3 cloves garlic
    lemon juice from half a lemon
    1-2 Tbsp tahini (sesame butter) (to taste)
    1/4 tsp salt
    6 sun-dried tomatoes
    Sprig of fresh dill weed minced or Pinch of dried dill weed
    Pinch of cumin
    Drizzle of olive oil

Directions

Put sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor or blender and chop with just a little bit of oil. Add pressed garlic cloves, lemon juice, garbanzo beans, tahini, salt, dill, and cumin and blend until smooth. (Several minutes...) Move from processor to dish (dip bowl for a party, dinner plate, etc) and drizzle a little olive oil. Use a sprig of dill as a garnish.

    Oops! I meant to add that to the list of things to add to the food processor. You blend everything together. I'll edit that right away! Sorry about that.
