Chicken Thighs, 1 pound
Onions 1 large sliced
Canned Tomatoes, 1 14.5 oz. can
Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, .75 cup
Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp
Salt, .5 tsp
Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.75 cup kernels
Lima Beans, .75 cup
Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tblsp
Directions
Put most ingredients together in a crock pot. Cover and cook on High for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
Remove Chicken bones and cut into one inch pieces. Return to pot add frozen corn, lima beans and s&p. cook 30 minutes more.
