Ingredients

    1 lb Chicken breast
1 medium onion cut in big strips
1 medium red bell pepper cut in strips
1 medium green bell pepper cut in strips
    3 garlic cloves minced
1 cup Frog Ranch medium salsa

Directions

Place frozen or thawed chicken breast in crockpot. Cut onion, peppers and garlic and place over chicken. Top with 1 cup of salsa and cook for 7-8 hours. Shred chicken with forks and serve. If you are cutting carbs this is great on a salad also.

*Note the nutrition does not include extra toppings or the tortilla. I like to use a flat out bread cut in half.
*Frog ranch salsa is the only one I could find that was low sodium alot of recipes call for taco seasoning and that is to hight in sodium for me.
