Large bunch of broccoli cut and steamed
3 to 4 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
2 cans 98 % cream of chicken soup
1 cup low fat mayo
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. curry
½ cup low fat cheese
In large bowl combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry and cheese.
Pam spay 9x13 baking dish and lay cooked broccoli on the bottom. Top with shredded cooked chicken. Pour soup mixture on top.
Bake at 350º for 30 mins.
