    16oz Whole wheat corkscrew pasta, cooked and cooled
    16oz bag frozen peas and carrots, cooked and cooled
    2 TB minced onion
    1 c mayonnaise (I use Smart Balance, but SP didn't have that has an option)
    1 TB yellow mustard
    3 TB sweet pickle relish
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash pepper

    1c dry roasted peanuts
    1c cubed cheddar cheese
    2 hard eggs, chopped


Mix first 8 ingredients. Ad remaining and continue mixing.
