Ingredients

    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp chocolate milk powder
    1.5 cups 1% milk
    1 large banana frozen

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth.

Use a frozen banana to make extra thick and creamy.
