Ingredients

    Cucumbers (3 or 4 large) - peeled
    Salt
    2 T sugar
    2T vinegar
    1T vegetable oil

Directions

Peel and slice cucumbers. Salt and refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil together and pour over drained cucumbers right before serving.
