Ingredients

    1 package of egg roll wrappers
    found at walmart in the produce section
    1 14 oz bag of coleslaw mix
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 Tbs lite soy sauce**
    1 Tbs packed brown sugar***

    ** If you find mixture a bit dry an additional Tbs of soy sauce may be added.
    ***Brown sugar can be omitted, but I find I like it better with the sweetness. If

Directions

Cook meat. Drain fat. In a small bowl mix garlic, onion, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour over coleslaw and blend. Stir in meat. Fill wraps. Bake at 325 for 15-20 mins. You can sparay cooking spray to brown egg rolls.
