Ingredients

    3 red snapper fillets
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    1/2 oz. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Drizzle a little olive oil on a sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle some of the pepper and minced garlic over it. Add the fillets, one at a time, adding garlic, lemon juice, and pepper on each. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top. Cover with another sheet of foil and throughly cinch edges. Cook over medium hot coals for 20-30 minutes.
Makes 3 fillets.
