Ingredients

I made this to serve one person....

    1 sweet potato Med
    1 small apple
    35-50 calories of yogurt
    3 dates
    cinnamon 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg 1/4 tsp
    ginger 1/8 tsp

Directions

Slice the apple into wedges. Do the same with the sweet potato, put the sweet potato slices in the oven in a baking dish for about 1/2 hour until they are a little softer, then take the dish out, toss the sweet potatoes together with the other ingredients *(note....yogurt is for topping later).

Put apple/sweetpotato mixture into the oven and bake for 35 minutes at 300%.

Take it out and put in a bowl, top with your yogurt and enjoy~
