Introduction

I got this recipe from Weight Watchers and my family absolutely loves it. Tastes like true bbq sauce, the longer you cook it, the thicker the sauce gets. Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup catsup
12 oz can of diet coke
    spray pam

Directions

This makes 4 servings of 1 chicken breast each with lots of extra bbq sauce!

In a large frying pan, spray the cooking pam, add chicken breast and brown each side. When browned, mix the catsup and coke together in a large bowl, then pour over the chicken in the pan.Cover with a lid and let cook on low for about 45 mins. Check and stir every 15 mins or so and if the sauce hasn't thickened after 45 mins, just continue to cook till it thickens. When I stir and check the chicken, I turn it throughout the cooking to distribute the sauce. When sauce is thick to your liking, place chicken on dinner plates and pour sauce over (or in a gravy boat). This is so delicious that you will want to lick the pan!!
