Introduction

This is my favorite way to eat pineapple. I throw it on the grill with chicken, pork or beef! It is a great way to satisfy the sweet/savory tooth. This is my favorite way to eat pineapple. I throw it on the grill with chicken, pork or beef! It is a great way to satisfy the sweet/savory tooth.

Yum! The pineapples turned out great and smelled wonderful on the grill. I used canned pineapple rings instead of a whole pineapple and dredged them in the mixture right before they went onto the grill. Really good recipe! - 5/22/11

Super Delicious! I also soaked the pinepple in 1/3 cup of Lite Coconut milk for a few hours before grilling to add abit of a Pina Colado flavor - really tasty! - 6/7/10

This is excellent with just a pinch of brown sugar sprinkled on. Actually almost any fruit can be grilled to bring out the flavor. I have tried peaches, bananas, and pears using a grill rack. - 6/24/15
