    6 ounces Dreamfields lasagna noodles cooked.
    half a package (chub) of Louis Rich turkey sausage and one link of Johnsonville hot Italian sausage, skin removed - cooked, drained and crumbled.
    one jar of Wild Harvest organic roasted garlic pasta sauce.
    8 ounces of low moisture part skim mozzarella
    6 ounces of part skim ricotta cheese mixed with 2 well beaten eggs.


makes 8 servings
Assemble the lasagna to your liking. I use two 8X8 pyrex baking dishes and bake for about 45 minutes.
