I serve mine with big bold salads. I buy flank in bulk and slice it into portions at home. I mix large batches of the marinade and spoon it into individual bags with a steak in each, and freeze it together. The steak marinades while it thaws all day in the fridge and when I get home from work, I have a personal portion ready for the pan.
