    1 c. Green Peppers (bell peppers), strips
    1 c. Red Bell Peppers, strips
    1 c. Yellow Bell Peppers (bell peppers), strips
    1 c. Chopped Onions, raw
    1 c. Chopped Carrots, raw
    2 c. sliced Summer Squash
    2 c. Bok Choy, raw-shredded
