Introduction

My kids and I don't like salsa because it's chunky, so we came up with our own version with lots of taste but without the chunks. We also leave out the veggies we don't like (e.g. onions). You can easily add in other veggies to suit your own taste. This is for our fellow picky eaters. Ingredients

    Fire roasted diced green chilis, 7 oz can
    Diced tomatoes, 28 oz can
    1 tsp dried cilantro
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    1-2 slices jalepenos for mild, more to taste

Directions

Drain excess juice from tomatoes. Put all ingredients into blender and mix until desired consistency. Let the flavors blend for a little while, then enjoy!
