Introduction

A light late spring salad. Quick and easy. A light late spring salad. Quick and easy.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    50g bulgar wheat
    50g frozen peas
    50g asparagus, finely sliced
    Fresh herbs, finely chopped. I usually use chives and parsley, but to taste.
    2tsp tahini
    juice of half a lime
    Freshly grated black pepper.

Directions

Boil bulgar wheat until almost cooked. (Check your packet for timings, as different grain sizes vary.) Throw in peas. Return to boil. Throw in asparagus. Return to boil and cook very briefly - a minute at most. Drain.

Mix all ingredients together and chill.
