    5 oz London Broil or top sirloin
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp garlic
    1tbsp sesame oil
    2 Low Carb whole wheat wraps
    1 sweet red pepper (thin slices)
    1/4 medium onion slivered
    2 oz Mexican cheese
    2 cups shredded romaine
    2 tbsp sour cream
    2 tbsp 3 bean salsa


slice beef into thin strips, marinate in sesame oil, soy, Worcestershire and garlic.
Cut peppers and onion into thin slices
Grill beef, pepper and onion in grillpan
cover half of wrap with cheese and top with meat, peppers and onion, fold in half
grill wrap
add romaine to wrap and top with salsa and sour creme.
