Ingredients

Crust
1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine (Parkay light stick margarine)
1 c. flour
6 eggs
Topping
2 sm pkg instant vanilla pudding (sugar free-fat free)
3 1/4 c. milk (1%)
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese - softened (1/3 less fat)
1 (12 oz) tub cool whip (light)
chocolate syrup or strawberries
Directions
Crack eggs in seperate bowl and set aside. Boil water and margarine, beat in flour with mixer. Pour eggs slowly into hot flour, water, and margarine mixture while beating with mixer. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 greased pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Crust will puff up.
Let crust cool and press down in pan. Combine pudding and milk, then add softened cream cheese. Spread pudding mixture over cooled crust. Spread cool whip over pudding mixture then drizzle with chocolate or strawberries just prior to serving.
