    6 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
    1 jar marinated, quartered artichoke hearts, drained.
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges
    1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup chopped scallions
    1 cup Pepperidge Farm Classic Style croutons
    1/2 cup Newman's Own Light Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Mix all ingredients and toss. Serves 10
