I've been making this recipe for ages and it's really good. I tend to double the amount of apples without increasing the amount of sugar and it tastes sweet to me. You can also substitute Splenda for the brown sugar. - 12/6/09

This is so good and so easy to make! I have had lots of apples to use up, so I doubled the recpie. Finally I can introduce my husband to the joys of American applesauce. Brits don't seem to know much about it! ;) - 10/8/09
