1 cup bran flakes
2 cups cold 2% milk
1 package fat free instant chocolate pudding
2 scoops for protien powder
Directions
microwave peanut butter until melted and soft
add bran flakes
form into a pie shell...(crust)
Add all other ingredients....mix on high speed until thick.
Pour into pie shell of Bran and Peanut Butter.
Chill.
