Ingredients

4 (1 oz. squares semisweet chocolatge, chopped
1/2 Cup butter or margarine
3/4 Cup white sugar
1/2 Cup cocoa powder
3 eggs ( or egg substitutes), beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 F. Grease an 8" round cake pan and dust with cocoa powder.
2. In top of a double boiler over lightly simmering water, melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. (Top will look uneven when it comes out). Let cool and top with sifted powdered sugar.
